5/10/14: We have passed some milestones. Levi has full house access now. Still plays a bit wild, but is not destructive (anymore). He does have a 'thing' for water. If you have a pool, pond, creek or like to go to the lake (or ocean) he would be thrilled. Here he has to settle for a wading pool or the drinking containers. He is an exceptionally smart pup. He will need a likewise smart human. 3/28/14: Levi is a wonderful big puppy. He is silly and rambuncuous. Loves to play although sometimes a tad rough because of his size and young age. He will easily be 120 pounds when fully grown. He is smart and learning manners. He has been great with Princess, his yard companion, also up for adoption. He is passive with dogs in the other yards. 2/16/14: Levi just arrived. He has settled in nicely. Rode good in the back seat. Was reasonably good on leash. Both new experiences for this farm dog. Saved from certain death because he killed a goat. Because of the circumstances I was told, I do not blame him. Be glad to elaborate if anyone is interested why. He is very social. Really wants to be a house dog and a companion to humans, especially children. Eight months old next week. About 80 pounds. Ozark Dogs Rescue only adopts to companion homes where the dog will have inside privileges and be considered part of the family. Adoption donation for Levi is $250 but our primary goal is to find each dog the best match possible.
